Overview

Pulled directly from Smith's 1990 Moto's Series, these shades infuse old-school inspiration with modern tech. The Questa features a distinct retro-pattern etched into the bridge and adjustable wire core temples. The frame is made from Smith's Cellulose Propionate material, which is similar to acetate, but lighter and more resistant to temperature. Carbonic TLT lenses are extremely impact resistant, and Smith's ChromaPop technology is made to eliminate color confusion, while also enhancing the vibrancy of your surroundings.

Curvature

6 Base Curvature - The base curvature corresponds to the curve of the lens. The higher the number, the higher the curve. 6 base styles have a “flatter” look. 8-9 base curves hug closer to the face.

Frame Material

Cellulose Propionate - A strong, flexible frame material that is lighter than traditional acetate and more temperature resistant.

Lens Tech

Carbonic TLT - Engineered to be the most impact resistant lens material in the world. Carbonic TLT lenses are optically corrected to maximize visual clarity and object definition resulting in zero distortion; what you see is what you get.

ChromaPop - By blocking color wave intersections as they pass through the lens ChromaPop is able to eliminate color confusion, enabling you to see the outside world with an unparalleled level of vibrancy.

VLT Rating

11 - 15% - A low VLT (Visual Light Transmitted) rating like this is perfect for sunny and bright lighting conditions.

VLT ratings range from 0 to about 90 percent with a lower number meaning less light passes through (darker tint); where as with a higher number - more light passes through (lighter tint).
