All returns, warranty claims, and exchange policies are determined by the policies in place by the product's manufacture. For a copy of an updated manufactures' Return Policy email us a request to info@electricskateboard.com. ElectricSkateboard.com will help warranty repair claim processing but is bound by manufactures' return and exchange policy so your cooperation to process factory warranty repair claims is appreciated.

If a return is approved you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be received in new condition the same as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase from ElectricSkateboard.com is required. 

Warranty (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your manufactures warranty refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, the party responsible for shipping charges is determined by the manufactures return/exchange policy. 

To return your product, email info@electricskateboard.com within 3 days if the product is in new condition in original packaging with everything included. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
