Vans took a classic and made it fit for the elements with this MTE model. A Scotchgaurd-treated leather upper and re-enforced toecap withstands repeated wear and looks good too. Vans also upgraded the inside of this shoe, outfitting it with a heat retention layer between the sockliner and outsole to keep your feet warm all day long. Finally, the vulcanized lug outsole incorporates years of snow boot technology for ultimate traction on any surface. The Sk8-Hi MTE is timeless, warm and comfortable.

Lugged WaffleFlex Tread - Modernized tread design is turned on an angle to create lateral flex grooves across the foot, which promotes anatomical movement. The tread blocks have also been spaced apart with recessed centers to reduce weight and increase flexibility. These particular treads are lugged for durability and grip when you need it.

Scotchguard™ - Scotchguard is a durable, water-repellent fabric, which helps keep moisture and grime off your shoes so they stay looking new for longer. Available on select colors.
